John Wills

John is a leadership and strategy consultant and educator with 20 years’ experience delivering and designing executive development programmes for senior leaders at Fortune 100 companies internationally.

John’s expertise includes developing fully customized learning solutions in the areas of leadership, general management, finance, marketing and strategy development.

Before joining StratX-Exl, John held several leadership positions at leading business schools and universities. John worked at the University of Reading’s Henley Business School as a member of the senior leadership team responsible for all custom executive education.  John was a senior director in Executive Education at the London Business School where he directed the Accelerated Development Program, a globally recognised leadership program, and is a founding partner at Essentic LTD specialising in consulting and management development for industry and higher education.
