Denise Menefee

Denise's focus is to help companies achieve optimal performance through leadership    coaching, workshop facilitation and strategic thinking.  She is the founder of The Menefee Group, a business development consultancy specializing in change management and demand creation.  The group works with multi-national organizations across North America, Europe and Asia. 

Her efforts have assisted her clients in attaining significant personal and professional results and have earned her high regard, numerous referrals and many accolades.   Prior to The Menefee Group, Denise influenced brand vision, strategy, marketing, and multi-million dollar budgets for powerhouse companies PepsiCo, Diageo, and Applebee’s.

Client engagements include a range of industries - technology, pharmaceutical, mobile, banking, food service, hospitality, recreation and entertainment. The Menefee Group leads clients, audiences and teams towards breakthrough thinking and sustainable, profitable growth as they develop, launch and grow their companies and brands. 

Denise is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business, Univ. of Pennsylvania.  She is also a Certified Global Blue Ocean Strategy Consultant and Practitioner and a Certified trainer of Blue Ocean Strategy Simulation - business simulation that teaches strategy, innovation and team building.
