Vincent Pilot 

Vincent manages the R&D team and leads the development and execution of key projects related to StratX ExL’s core product line. He brings more than 15 years of industry experience and a decade-long of agile methodology experience to help build the next generation of business software simulations. 

A true coach, Vincent believes in empowering teams by knowledge sharing. He excels in environments where trust and positive attitude are the main drivers and that continuous learning is an integral part of his sprints. 

Before joining StratX ExL, Vincent worked for Canon and was an instrumental player in numerous transversal projects with R&D, procurement, strategic planning, logistics and even patents. His curiosity, creativity and commitment were known by many and make up the true set of values he lives by every day. 

Though he is a self-acclaimed geek, his passion doesn’t start and end with codes. He loves traveling, culture and out of this world DIY projects such home photo booth and virtual pinball.
