Lesya Dymyd

Lesya is a consultant at StratX Exl and in-charge of key client programs, where she brings her rich experience in innovation and doctorate degree on strategic management to co-create learning solutions for the workplace and accompany major transformations. She is an active contributor and player in a global open IT community, constantly sharing her expertise and passion for tech.

Before joining the team, Lesya held several roles in the private sector, higher education, and non-profit organizations. One of her career highlights include the management of a Global Future Tech Symposium for more than 5000 attendees, online and on-site, in the heart of the Silicon Valley. She collaborated with engineers and executives from leading tech companies from the US and abroad.

On the lighter side, she considers herself a mentally ambidextrous individual with a 24/7 curious mind. During her spare time, you’ll find her playing the piano, reading books, or simply discovering the world.
