Gyzel Pialat

Digital Lead 

Gyzel is the company's Digital Lead, a true hybrid role to oversee both Blended Learning and digital marketing activities. Gyzel brings her rich expertise in integrating digital technologies, monitoring business trends & developing high-impact solutions to the projects she designs and also enriching the company's L&D offering.

Since joining the team in 2016, Gyzel has led and delivered key projects including the development of the company's first in-house learning experience portal, the creation of scalable e-learning packages on Portfolio Management and Global Branding, the design of a 3-week 100% remote learning sprint for a top consumer goods company, and the set up of the "StratX ExL's production studio" - all helping to shape the digital future of the company. She was also the creative tank behind the company's rebranding project in 2020.

Prior to joining StratX ExL, Gyzel spent a happy career working for top blue chip companies, including LafargeHolcim and Sanofi, where she rolled out enterprise-wide training plans and set up learning centers in Paris and across France. Gyzel also led workshops on international mobility, intercultural communications and change management for corporate employees and managed learning journeys for staff with disabilities.

Driven by her need to deliver the best, Gyzel collaborates with a keen eye for consistency and value creation. Within the StratX ExL office, Gyzel is known for her curious mind that inspires innovation all the while helping to shake things up. She’s also known for her infectious laugh and enjoys sharing good conversations with colleagues.

Gyzel, of Filipino origin, is tricultural and trilingual. She has lived in 3 different continents over the last 3 decades, making France her home for more than a decade now. When she’s not traveling the world, she spends her time designing interiors, writing poetry and prose or dancing with her daughter. Her passion for fashion has resulted in owning over a hundred pairs of shoes but she’s vowed to try her very best to not own one more.
