Gyzel is the Digital Lead and a Blended Learning consultant at StratX ExL. She is in charge of the digital strategy for both learning development programs and marketing initiatives. Gyzel brings her rich expertise in integrating digital technologies, producing high-impact content and assets to the learning journeys and projects she designs and also enriching the company's L&D offering.
Since joining the StratX ExL team in 2016, Gyzel has created StratX’s first in-house learning portal, released comprehensive HTML5 e-learning packages on Portfolio Management and Global Branding, designed a 3-week 100% remote learning sprint for a top consumer goods company, and set up the "StratX ExL's production studio" - all helping to shape the digital future of the company. She was also the creative tank behind StratX ExL's rebranding project.
Prior to StratX ExL, Gyzel spent a happy career working for blue chip companies, including LafargeHolcim and Sanofi, where she rolled out enterprise-wide training plans and set up learning centers in the Ile de France and Lyon area. Gyzel also led diverse workshops and ran coaching sessions on international mobility, public speaking, and change management for hundreds of corporate employees.
Driven by her need to deliver the best, Gyzel brings a high level of detail and dedication to any project she works on. Within the StratX ExL office, Gyzel is known for her curious mind that inspires innovation all the while helping to shake things up. She’s also known for her infectious laugh and enjoys sharing good conversations with colleagues.
Gyzel, of Filipino origin, is tricultural and trilingual. She has lived in 3 different continents over the last 3 decades, making France her home for more than 12 years now. When she’s not traveling the world, she spends her time designing interiors, writing poetry and prose, and dancing. Her passion for fashion has resulted in owning over a hundred pairs of shoes but she’s vowed to try her very best to not own one more.
